Some times it's it's fun, sometimes it's boring but i guess this happens to everyone at one time or another. dont i hate having bosses? i wish i could remain my owm boss 4eva. and is it so hard to get one sweet boss who will not always look at you like this kid who needs to be followed around but rather this individual who can work by herself without much following around? and dont u hate those guys who just want you to be in the office doing whatever!!!i hate office work. anyone out there having some field work provided that there is a chauffer driven prado to endure any kind of terrain in the world? i would gladly offer my help. all i'll be coming to do in the office is to come and write reports.
for some reasons, i have come to appreciate my working with ALIN.I wish there was a way of getting permanent employment with them, i wouldnt even think twice about it. A small family where everyone cares for your wellbeing. A place where your creativity is enhanced. A place where you can sit with the boss and kula nyamchom and have a good laugh...i miss all that. i guess every step in our lives is meant to be a learning experience and i have learnt that it is best to be a servant leader. one who even the juniour staff will definitely flow with. when i will be a boss at the top, God help me to remember all that.

Moving on..........
It has been so long since i blogged but i guess the inspiration had kinda gone down but iam back with a bang. it's a lot more easier when i know that i have a good internet connection which can enable me to write well.
My journey at ALIN and it was kinda hard to let go. I guess it's because i was so used to the place, it had jus started picking and then i had to leave. well, i guess at one point in life we have to let go even those things and people that are so dear to us. ALIN is one place that'll never have regrets for having worked with them, i learnt so much which i believe will help me along my career and i will forever be grateful for that opportunity.
i am now volunteering (God when will i eva stop being a volunteer?) with GTZ. it seems fun and so far so good.
i hope the three months will be beneficial and i hope i will be able to look back and say it was worth it.
